Lady Marie Moye
Lady Marie Moye proudly serves with her husband and Pastor Basil Addison Moye, Sr. at the Macedonia Church of God In Christ in Washington, DC. Her love for God is evident in her humble nature and her ministry to the congregation. She is an active force in Macedonia and currently serving as President of the Women's Department, Youth Sunday School Teacher and Church Administrator. She also serves as President of the Sunshine Band for Washington D.C. Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction under the leadership of Bishop Neavelle Cole and Dr. Evelyn B. Spears, State Supervisor.
Lady Moye is a graduate of Aliquippa, High School, Aliquippa PA. She also attended Brevard College, Brevard, NC majoring in Communications. Lady Moye also served in the United States Army Reserves. She is the mother four beautiful children that works within the ministry. She is the third child of Mr. John and Mrs. Lena Moore and has three siblings.
In the spiritual, she is one of God's prize possessions. She is a woman of valor, a woman who exemplifies courage in doing the work of the Lord. Lady Moye is the embodiment of unconditional love.
The Lord has given her great gifts and talents that are utilized in her local Church. Her passion is for the youth. Her long-term goal is to open an Unwed Mothers Career Center. The vision of this facility is to teach, train and equip young mothers to become first class God fearing mothers and most of all effective role models in the community.
